Both pages describe the same operations. The MCP server is a wrapper around the REST API and uses the same key, the same validation and the same plan limits. Everything created this way is a draft: there is no publish operation in either surface, so a person always reviews and publishes from the dashboard.

Installing the snippet is not covered on these pages. Your dashboard shows the install snippet with your project key after sign-up, and the SDK page describes identify() and track(). For anything else, email hello@steppr.io.
