Self-serve help without a second widget.
Most teams end up with a tour tool, a help-docs launcher and a changelog widget all fighting for the bottom-right corner. The Resource Center folds them into one button: tours the user can replay, checklists they can reopen, announcements they dismissed but want to read again, and links out to your docs, status page or support.

The panel is built per end user from the same targeting rules that decide what fires automatically. A Pro-plan user sees Pro tours; a user who has never visited /billing does not see the billing walkthrough. You can also hide any individual flow from the launcher while leaving it live for automatic triggers.
Themed, positioned, labelled your way.
Choose bottom-right or bottom-left, set the header label and intro line, and it inherits your workspace theme so it looks like part of your product. It is off by default; switch it on per workspace when you are ready.

No. It ships in the same steppr.js bundle as tours, checklists and announcements. Enable it from the dashboard and it appears on the next page load.
Yes. Every tour, checklist and announcement has a per-flow launcher opt-out. The flow keeps its normal triggers; it just is not listed in the panel.
